Important Notice Regarding Your IMG Policy:
Dear Policyholder,
This letter is to advise you that effective on your renewal date, New Providence Life Insurance Company Limited (“NPL”) will no longer renew your policy previously insured by IMG. It is imperative that you select an NPL policy to ensure the continuation of your health coverage. Failure to choose an NPL policy will result in the termination of your coverage thirty-one days after your renewal date.
Please note that the administration of your policy, including premium payment options, will remain unchanged. However, it's important to be aware that quarterly payment modes will no longer be available.
As you transition to an NPL policy, please be informed of the following details:

Your current IMG plan, along with all associated riders, will be terminated. However, you will have the opportunity to select from available riders offered under your chosen NPL plan. Please note that any exclusions applied to your current IMG policy will also be applied to your new policy.

Underwriting will not be required for your chosen NPL plan, facilitating a smoother transition process. |

Policyholders currently hospitalized or undergoing continuous care will continue to receive benefits under their IMG policy for an additional period, the length of which will be determined by NPL. |
